We are writing to you in an effort to establish a relationship and a partnership between both our countries. We share a border, and yet, we have never truly endeavored to build the kind of relationship that two strong and peaceful neighbors should have.
I have also been informed that there is civil unrest in Cibolan Batavia. The Empire of the Alexandrians wishes to know more about the situation, and extends to the people and Government of Batavia its hand in aid should Batavia ever need it. We in Alexandria understand the importance of maintaining order and stability for one's nation to prosper and progress.
I hope that in the future both our countries will have a strong, unbreakable bond that can unite us in an incredible partnership.
